一种激光眼组织切割系统设计及实验

针对医生手工进行白内障手术,病人术后视力恢复效果取决于医生手术熟练度的问题,提出了一种激光眼组织切割光路运动系统。系统采用直线电机带动平面镜运动的形式改变光路,利用聚焦透镜实现激光对样品单点切割。建立了白内障手术中碎核、撕囊扫描轨迹的数学模型,通过MATLAB仿真验证扫描轨迹数学模型的正确性。最后以透明塑料为样品模拟眼球实验,结果表明此系统可以实现给定轨迹切割,为激光眼组织切割设备研发提供了一种新方案。     

仿人机器人的机械结构设计与控制系统构建

文章研发了一款适用于机器人教育教学的多功能、多用途、普适性的19自由度的小型仿人机器人,主要完成了该机器人的机械结构设计与控制系统构建工作[1]。所设计的机器人机械结构可靠性高、工艺性好、结构紧凑、样式新颖；所构建的机器人控制系统鲁棒性高、稳定性好、控制准确、反应迅速,圆满地实现了预期的设计任务。通过对优缺点的综合对比,得出组合式构型方案在功能性、实用性和稳定性等方面具有明显优势,有望通过后续软件系统的开发提高其运动效能,真正在青少年机器人教育中发挥重要作用[2]。     

The effect of economic policy uncertainty on stock-commodity correlations and its implications on optimal hedging

Motivated by previous studies documenting significant return and volatility effects of economic policy uncertainty (EPU) on the stock market, this study examines whether EPU has an effect on the dynamic conditional correlations between stock and commodity returns. Our findings point to a positive and significant effect of EPU on stock-commodity correlations with particularly stronger effects in the case of energy and industrial metals. The EPU effect is stronger during weak economic conditions, while VIX as a proxy of market uncertainty is generally found to be insignificant. Finally, we show that the EPU effect on correlations has investment implications as well, implied by a significant effect on optimal hedge ratios in commodities in order to mitigate stock market risks. Our results underscore the importance of selective hedging strategies in which risk managers base the timing and size of their hedging programs on future price expectations, conditional on the level of policy uncertainty state and prevalent economic conditions.     

Energy issues in microwave food processing: A review of developments and the enabling potentials of solid-state power delivery

The enormous magnitude and variety of microwave applications in household, commercial and industrial food processing creates a strong motivation for improving the energy efficiency and hence, sustainability of the process. This review critically assesses key energy issues associated with microwave food processing, focusing on previous energy performance studies, energy performance metrics, standards and regulations. Factors affecting energy-efficiency are categorised into source, load and source-load matching factors. This highlights the need for highly-flexible and controllable power sources capable of receiving real-time feedback on load properties, and effecting rapid control actions to minimise reflections, heating non-uniformities and other imperfections that lead to energy losses. A case is made for the use of solid-state amplifiers as alternatives to conventional power sources, magnetrons. By a full-scale techno-economic analysis, including energy aspects, it is shown that the use of solid-state amplifiers as replacements to magnetrons is promising, not only from an energy and overall technical perspective, but also in terms of economics.     

CME Forum: a response to “Construction flow index: a metric of production flow quality in construction”

The study of types of flow in construction is a relatively new field. This paper reviews the work of Sacks et al. and reveals that they have applied a production-line metaphor with recognition of two production flows. Process flow: locations are equated with products moving down a production line. Operations flow: work crews are equated to work stations. Their work proposes an index of the quality of production flow in construction, but the research design has three significant flaws: the skilled interpretation of flow-line charts is not in turn applied to the interpretation of their example charts; the conceptual framework does recognize that the underlying metaphor requires levels of detail in both location and task that is not supported in their analysis. The meaning of “quality of flow” in this context is not defined. This debate raises important epistemological questions for those working in lean construction and location-based management. While the concept of “production flow quality” is important, the Sacks et al. methodology does not address the detailed planning of individual crews. It is only possible to apply the production-line metaphor if micro-management is adopted as detailed planning.     

基于哈希链的软件定义网络路径安全

针对软件定义网络中，控制器无法保证下发的网络策略能够在转发设备上得到正确执行的安全问题，提出一种新的转发路径监控安全方案。首先以控制器的全局视图能力为基础，设计了基于OpenFlow协议的路径凭据交互处理机制；然后采用哈希链和消息验证码作为生成和处理转发路径凭据信息的关键技术；最后在此基础上，对Ryu控制器和Open vSwitch开源交换机进行深度优化，添加相应处理流程，建立轻量级的路径安全机制。测试结果表明，该机制能够有效保证数据转发路径安全，吞吐量消耗比SDN数据层可信转发方案（SDNsec）降低20%以上，更适用于路径复杂的网络环境，但时延和CPU使用率的浮动超过15%，有待进一步优化。     

Reflecting on the preparation of guidelines for strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of nuclear power programmes

In this paper, the ‘guidelines for strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of nuclear power programmes’ by the International Atomic Energy Agency are introduced. This includes a reflection on their preparation process and contents as well as consultation feedback. The preparation process started with two meetings of international nuclear and SEA experts and the creation of a writing team which prepared an initial set of draft guidelines. This was followed by various consultation exercises. The guidelines are organised along an allocation of tasks within a tiered system of energy related policies, plans, programmes and projects. Whilst consultation showed that there was agreement on the approach to most issues, no consensus was present on the extent to which economic and social issues should be fully integrated with environmental considerations. Strong support was given to the way quality review is designed, going beyond focusing on the main SEA reports to cover procedural and participatory aspects next to elements of a comprehensively tiered decision making framework, the ability to influence decisions as well as the quality (expertise and experience) of those involved in conducting the SEA.

WSNs中规避攻击者的源位置隐私保护路由协议

为了保证无线传感器网络（Wireless Sensor Networks，WSNs）中的源节点位置隐私安全，同时实现安全性能和网络能耗的均衡，提出了WSNs中规避攻击者的源节点位置隐私路由协议，该协议假设节点具有检测攻击者的能力，通过发出危险警告消息使路由路径上的节点采取路由改变策略，使攻击者无法回溯到源节点，延长了源节点保持位置隐私的安全时间。理论分析和仿真实验表明，该协议在消耗较少的通信开销的情况下保证了源节点位置的高度隐私。     

基于stackelberg多步博弈的无人机协同搜索路径规划

考虑到现有无人机搜索问题研究中无人机、移动目标仅有一方具有远距离探测能力的设定，已经无法体现出战场环境下双方的博弈关系。针对这一不足，基于stackelberg均衡策略，结合多步预测的思想，提出了stackelberg多步博弈策略，实现了无人机、目标都具有远距离探测能力的博弈搜索。通过建立无人机、目标各自的路径收益函数，使双方能够根据不同时刻的博弈状态选择相对应的函数，实现无人机的动态路径规划。仿真结果表明所提出策略完全适用于该博弈模型，比贪婪策略具有更高的搜索效率，大大提高了目标捕获率。
